Extends to 19' with 2" diameter base. Aluminum. Four telescoping snap lock sections for full extension or twist lock for adjustable height. In ground or tire mount. Fly a traditional flag or fly a banner with rotating arm. Includes wheel stand, ground sleeve, 3' rotating banner arm and gold aluminum ball top. Flag or banner not included.
