  • At this time, Patriots Plus ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Patriots Plus ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Patriots Plus charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site for customers based in Ohio.  The Sales Tax charged is origin county based from the Patriots Plus offices.  No Sales Tax is charged for Out of State/Country orders.

    Flags:  The life of a flag will vary depending on location, pollution, wind, sun, rain, snow, and general handling.  Typically a flag will tear before the color fades on the higher quality flags, flying on an exposed flagpole.  Flags which are in a protected area from the wind, may last a much longer time and fade before any tearing occurs.  Flags are made from fabric, and therefore will 'fail' at some point during use as they are exposed to outdoor conditions. 

    Flagpoles:  If you discover a manufacturer defect on a flagpole, please contact Patriots Plus immediately and before you attempt to install the pole.  If you purchase an aluminum pole, please remove the packaging around the pole as soon as you receive it.  If you do not, the packaging may stain the finish on the pole.

    Other Products:  If you discover a manufacturer defect on any of our other products, please contact Patriots Plus before use so that we may address the issue.

    Patriots Plus is not responsible for damage due to shipping and handling (by any 3rd party) once your item leaves our warehouse.  We also do not warranty damage from; mother nature, general abuse, animals, acts of God, vehicles, machinery, etc.  If a product carries a manufacturer warranty, Patriots Plus will honor that warranty.  Patriots Plus does not offer, for free or additional purchase, any additonal product warranties.  If you have a question about a warranty, please contact us before your purchase.



  • Return Policy

  • Returns:  If you discover a manufacturer's defect upon receiving your product, please contact Patriots Plus to discuss the issue and we will address the matter and appropriate course of action.  DO NOT return any items without prior notice given to Patriots Plus.  You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges.  We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.  We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout.  To initiate a refund or exchange please fill out the form on the Contact Us tab of this website.  Please see our Warranty Policy for additional information.
